Hi friends, we participate and volunteer for various charities to help as many people as possible. As a CEO and founder, I encourage all my staff to volunteer for services in order to learn and grow at an individual level while helping others. I also encourage the team to participate in events. We have quarterly team-building exercises in spite of the variation in time zones.
